Elusive turn of the century items. Of particular interest is a section of a Duchesne catalogue showing the wallpaper with the assorted cretonne sample. The noted French wallpaper manufacturer Duchesne was purveyor of fine wallpaper to the French Government and foreign Royal Courts, with subsidiaries in Britain, Italy, Switzerland and North Africa. Laid in one of the Duchesne catalogues is a small paper ad showing a design specially created for the Radjah of Kambaja.
Traces of fold and light wear. Generally, in good condition considering the fragility of the paper.
